摘　　要：文章阐述加强农业科研院所人事管理信息化建设的重要性,分析了农业科研院所人事管理信息化建设现状及存在不足,并从转变人事信息化管理理念、整合人事管理信息化平台基础数据、强化数据库建设力度、加强人事信息化管理的安全性建设及人事管理队伍建设等方面论述了加强人事管理信息化建设的对策和建议。The paper introduced the significance of information-based personnel management in agricultural scientific research institutes,analyzed the current condition and problems of the information construction,and put forward some countermeasures on promoting the information-based personnel management construction,such as changing the personnel information management concept,integrating information-based construction,strengthening database construction,reinforcing the safety information management system of personnel,and enhancing the personnel management team construction,etc.
