摘　　要：作为科研单位发展的生力军和突击队,青年人才是农业科研单位健康、稳定、持续发展的基石和动力。文章围绕新形势下农业科研单位青年人才特点,通过分析青年人才队伍建设中存在的问题,并就在新形势下如何加强农业科研单位青年人才队伍建设提出了相应的对策。The youth research team plays an important role for the healthy,stability and sustainable development of agricultural scientific research institute. Taking China Nation Rice Research Institute as an example,this paper summarized the characteristics of the youth research team in the new situation,pointed outsome problems in the youth team construction,and put forward some countermeasures on how to strengthen the youth team construction in agricultural scientific research institute.
