康复新液在压疮创面中的使用体会

摘　　要：目的探究为出现压疮的患者行康复新液予以治疗的临床疗效,以及该种治疗方案对患者血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和C反应蛋白(CPR)的影响。方法选取78例压疮患者参与研究,经随机法分为研究组与对照组,各39例。分别为其行康复新液治疗和常规治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗总有效率,压疮创面愈合时间,治疗时间以及IL-6和CPR水平。结果经统计学软件计算结果显示,研究组患者的临床治疗效果、创面愈合时间以及IL-6和CPR水平指标相比于对照组更为优异,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论压疮患者行康复新液治疗的临床效果理想,创面愈合时间快,可见其临床推广价值较高,值得应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of rehabilitation therapy for patients with pressure ulcer and the effect of this regimen on serum interleukin-6 （IL-6） and C-reactive protein （CPR）.Methods 78 patients with pressure ulcer treated from April 2015 to April 2017 were selected and divided into study group and control group by random method.The total effective rate,the healing time,the treatment time and the levels of IL-6 and CPR in the two groups were compared with those of the two groups.Results The results of statistical analysis showed that the clinical treatment effect,wound healing time and IL-6 and CPR levels of the study group were superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant （p〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of rehabilitation therapy is satisfactory in patients with pressure ulcer,and the wound healing time is fast.It can be seen that the clinical promotion value is high and it is worth applying.
