摘  要:一定波长范围内的蓝色光和红色光对植物不同阶段的生长有很好的促进作用,红蓝光比可以在一定范围内切换的LED植物补光灯是新一代人工照明光源LED的一个重要的应用领域,一个好的驱动电路对于LED植物补光灯缩减成本、普及应用来说至关重要.以10颗蓝光LED和40颗红光LED组成的植物补光灯作为研究对象,并且以BP3016芯片为基础设计了一个输出电流为1.4A,输出功率目标值为35W,适用于5并10串的交流输入式恒流驱动电路.通过制作实物并进行测试,观察到灯具可以正常发光,测出其输出电流为1.40A,输出电压为23.10V,输出功率为32.34 W,符合设计预期目标值.Blue light and red light within a certain wavelength range play important roles in promoting the growth of plants.The LED supplementary lighting lamp with the switchable red and blue light proportion is one of the most important applications for the new generation artificial lighting source.A good drive circuit is crucial to cut the costs and for its popularization and application.Therefore,the design and manufacture of the drive circuit for the blue light and red light LED supplementary lighting lamp are presented in the paper.The LED supplementary lighting lamp with 10 blue LEDs and 40 red LEDs is taken as the research object.And the constant current drive circuit with the output current of 1.4A,output power of 35 Wis designed based on the BP3016 chip and it is5-series and 10-parallel AC input circuit.Finally,the manufactured production was tested and the LED lamp was works normally.The measureed output current is 1.4A,the output voltage is 23.10 V,and the output power is 32.34 W,in accordance with the design expectation target.
