摘　　要：目的探讨重症监护病房护士间交接班的体验,为改善重症监护病房护士交接班质量提供参考。方法对19名重症监护病房护士进行半结构式访谈,用现象学分析法分析资料。结果将重症监护病房护士交班体验归纳为6个主题:交班重要性的认同度高,交班程序缺乏标准化流程,交班内容不全面,交班时频繁被打断,遗漏部分交班息、重复部分交班信息。结论交班作为重要环节,在重症监护病房的实际运行中尚存在诸多问题,需要护理管理者进一步规范统一交班流程,加强患者专科体检及阳性结果的交班培训,以便提高交班的质量。Objective To study the shift handover experience of ICU clinical nurses. Method About 19 ICU nurses were enrolled in the investigation using semi-structured interviews and the results were analyzed with phenomenological analysis. Result Their shift handover experience were summarized into 6 themes, that is high recognition on the importance of shift handover, lack of standardized processes, incomplete contents of shift handover, frequent interruption, forgotten information and repeated information.Conclusions Shift handover is an important part of ICU nursing function but there are many problems in the practical operation. The nurse managers need to standard the handover process, stipulate handover contents and enhance the training on shift handover with specialist examination and positive results for the purpose of improving the quality of the shift handover.
