摘  要:四川盆地东部地区大部分气田已进入开发中后期,气田产量和井口压力持续递减,地面集输系统负荷率远低于设计工况,运行能耗高且难以适应后期低压生产的需要。介绍了四川盆地东部地区某气田3个区块地面集输系统的建设、运行及能耗现状,对在役地面集输系统后期优化调整方案进行了对比分析,推荐采用区域性集中脱水、增压机改造方案。通过优化调整增压、脱水装置的运行方式和数量,降低了生产运行能耗和成本费用,可实现气田后期的效益开发。Most gas fields in the eastern region of Sichuan basin has been developed in later period, gas field yield and wellhead pressure continues to decline, the load rate of surface gathering is far lower than the design level, high energy consumption is difficult to meet the need of production with low pressure. The paper introduces the current situation of construction, operation and power consumption of 3 blocks surface gathering system in the eastern region of Sichuan basin. Then optimization schemes of the gathering system are compared and analyzed. The plan of regional centralized dewatering and compressors transformation is recommended. Through the optimizing the operation mode and quantity of supercharging, dewatering and other devices, the energy consumption and production cost are reduced, and the benefit development in the later stage can be realized.
