摘　　要：随着全球经济一体化的发展进程,中国企业海外油气合作业务发展迅速。海外项目投资估算是海外油气合作项目预可行性研究和可行性研究报告的重要组成部分,研究符合项目所在资源国的油气田地面工程投资估算方法以科学合理地确定项目投资水平是一项非常重要的工作。研究了海外油气田地面工程投资估算方法,以非洲地区某个国家油气田地面工程为例,测算了适合可行性研究阶段投资估算的估算参数和调整参数,以及适合预可行性研究的综合估算参数,可为今后开展海外油气田地面工程投资估算工作提供借鉴。With the development of global economic integration process, overseas oil and gas cooperation business of Chinese enterprises is developing rapidly. The overseas project investment estimate is an important part of the pre-feasibility study and feasibility study report of the overseas oil and gas cooperation project. It is very important to study the investment estimation method of the oil and gas field in the country where the project is located, and to scientifically and reasonably determine the project investment level. This paper studies the method of estimating the surface engineering investment of overseas oil and gas fields. Taking the surface engineering of oil and gas field in a country in Africa as an example, the estimation parameters and adjustment parameters are calculated that suitable for every stage of the feasibility study. The comprehensive estimation parameters are also be calculated that suitable for the feasibility study. These data can provide great references for our future investment estimation of surface engineering in overseas oil and gas fields.
