聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳术及其并发症的MRI表现

摘　　要：目的 :分析聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶(PAHG)注射隆乳术及其并发症的MRI表现,探讨其临床价值。方法 :收集25例经MRI检查的PAHG注射隆乳术后患者,分析隆乳假体及并发症的MRI表现。结果 :25例50乳,正常3例6乳,硬结10例12乳,感染6例7乳,无菌性炎症2例4乳,血肿1例1乳,水凝胶扩散14例20乳,MRI可明确显示乳房内假体的信号、形态、位置、假包膜及向周围组织扩散情况。结论:MRI可明确PAHG注射乳房假体的位置、类型,观察隆乳术后各种并发症,有助于临床诊断和治疗。Objective：To observe MRI appearances of breast implants with PAHG and postoperative complications,and to as-sess the clinical value of MRI. Methods：Twenty-five patients after augmentation mammoplasty underwent MRI,the imaging man-ifestations of breast implants with PAHG were analyzed respectively. Results：In 25 patients （50 breasts） after polyacrylamide hydrogel injection,3 cases （6 breasts） with injected hydrophilic polyacrylamide gel were normal. There were 10 cases （12 sides） with hard nodules,6 cases （7 breasts） with infection,2 cases （4 breasts） with aseptic inflammation,1 cases （1 breast） with hematoma,and 14 cases （20 breasts） with diffusion of hydrophilic polyacrylamide gel. MRI definitively showed the signal, shape,location,pseudocapsu1e and peripheral leakage of liquid implants. Conclusions：MRI can make clear the seat and the type of breast implants with PAHG,and detect the postoperative complication,and contribute to the clinical diagnosis and treat-ment.
