摘　　要：目的分析SLIPA喉罩保留自主呼吸,静吸复合麻醉下,对老年患者经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)的临床效果。方法随机选取本院2015年5月-2016年4月期间接收的85例经尿道前列腺电切择期手术老年患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,Ⅰ组(n=44)采取连续硬膜外麻醉,Ⅱ组(n=41)采取SLIPA喉罩麻醉,对比分析两组患者的血流动力学、麻醉效果以及患者和手术者的满意度。结果Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组患者各个时间点的血压、心率、血氧分压的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);II组麻醉操作时间、完善时间以及恢复时间均短于I组(P<0.05),I组与II组患者满意度分别为75%和100%,Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组术者满意度分别为66%和100%,两组满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比连续硬膜外麻醉,不使用肌松药的SLIPA喉罩下麻醉可保留患者自主呼吸,复合麻醉的临床效果较佳,有助于手术顺利进行,应用安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of SLIPA laryngeal mask on transurethral resection of prostate（TURP） in elderly patients with spontaneous breathing and Intravenous Inhalation anesthesia. Methods 85 elderly patients with TUPR from May2015 to April 2016 were randomly selected. The patients were divided into two groups randomly,group（In=44）was adopted continuous epidural anesthesia,while group Ⅱ（n=41）was adopted SLIPA laryngeal mask anesthesia. Hemodynamics,anesthetic effects,patients and surgeon＇s satisfaction between two groups were compared. Results The difference had no statistical significance（P0.05）between group Ⅰ and Ⅱ at all time points of SBP,DRP and HR. Anesthesia operation time,perfect time and recovery time of Group II were less than those of group I（P0.05）. Group Ⅰ and Ⅱ patients＇ satisfaction were 75% and 100%. Performer＇s satisfaction were 66% and 100%respectively. Those difference between two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Compared with continuous epidural anesthesia,patients with SLIPA laryngeal mask anesthesia could breath spontaneously and didn＇t use muscle relaxants.Compound anesthesia has an excellent effect, it could help to fulfill the operation, and has high security. So it is worth popularizing.
