摘　　要：国家公园是保护地的重要类型,建立国家公园体制,是我国加强自然生态系统保护的重要改革措施,是生态文明制度建设的创新和亮点。西藏作为我国战略全局极其重要的区域,开展国家公园体制试点建设是非常必要的。National park is an important type of protected land.The establishment of the national park system is an important reform measure to strengthen the protection of natural ecosystems in China. It is the innovation and bright spot of the construction of ecological civilization system.Tibet as China＇s strategic overall situation is extremely important, pilot construction to carry out national park system is very necessary.
