摘　　要：腈纶聚合装置浓碱储罐中盛装的是上游酸碱站接收的30%左右的浓碱,冬天收完浓碱后需要吹扫管线防止碱液在管线里冻结堵塞管线。原设计储罐放空直接在室内进行排放,严重影响到室内空气质量。文中对储罐放空的线路进行了改进,解决了多年来影响岗位员工健康的问题。The material contained in the polymerization plant of acrylic fiber plant was the about 30% concentrated alkaline received from up-stream acid and alkaline station. After finishing the reception of the concentrated alkatine in wiater, it was necessary to purge the pipeline to prevent alkali liquor from freezing and blocking the pipeline. In the original desige, the storage tank venting was directly made indoors, which seriously influenced the air quality in doors. Improvement was made to the venting route of the storage tank, and the problem of influencing post staff health for many years was solved.
