摘  要:目的:研究黄芪保心合剂对大鼠冠脉结扎所致慢性心衰的影响。方法:采用大鼠冠状动脉左前降支结扎造成心衰模型,将造模成功大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、卡托普利(6.75 mg/kg)组及黄芪保心合剂(22.68、11.34、5.67 g/kg)组,灌胃给药4周,每日一次。给药结束后进行心脏超声心动图和组织生化指标检测及组织病理学检查。结果:与模型组比较,卡托普利6.75 mg/kg组和黄芪保心合剂22.68g/kg、11.34g/kg组心功能损伤的程度和血清中大鼠N端前脑钠素、基质裂解素2明显降低,SOD活性显著提高,由99.7 U/mgprot升高到115.9 U/mg·prot,MDA、LDH含量均降低,组织病变程度显著减轻。结论:黄芪保心合剂可能是通过抗氧化应激的途径,来减轻心衰大鼠的心肌病理损伤,进而改善心功能,最终达到对心衰的保护作用。Objective: To explore the effects of Huangqibaoxin mixture on chronic heart failure induced by coronary artery ligation in rats. Methods: Rats were subjected to the chronic heart failure models by left anterior descending artery ligature and divided randomly into six groups,i. e,the sham,model,captopril( 6. 75 mg/kg) and the Huangqibaoxin mixture( 22. 68 mg/kg,11. 34 mg/kg,5. 67 mg/kg) groups. All of rats were administered intragastrially with the corresponding drugs once daily for four weeks after modeling. Then we assessed the cardiac echocardiography and tissue biochemical markers,and performed the histopathological examination. Results: Compared with the model group,the degree of cardiac function injury in groups treated by Huangqi Baoxin mixture was significantly decreased,and the activity of SOD in the tissue was significantly increased from 99. 7 U/mgprot to 115. 9 U/mgprot. Additionally,contents of NT-pro BNP,ST2,MDA and LDH in captopril( 6. 75 mg/kg) and the Huangqibaoxin mixture( 22. 68 mg/kg,11. 34 mg/kg) groups were decreased and the degree of histopathological changes was significantly reduced. Conclusion: Huangqibaoxin mixture has obviously protective effects on Chronic heart failure rats and it improves the cardiac function through the antioxidant stress and reducing myocardial damage in heart failure rats to,and ultimately show the protection to the heart failure.
