摘　　要：综合性三级甲等医院住院电子病历逐年增加对医院病案管理工作提出了更高的要求。根据医院实际工作中遇到的问题,以条形码系统为基础,提出可行性方案,优化电子病历归档中的环节,解决了传统病历回收和归档存在的弊端。流程优化后,医院提升了病历回收和归档的工作效率,减轻了员工负担,实现了病历归档"零差错",消除了病历整理与归档环节之间的时间差,精确了归档率考核,还为缺项病历统计提供了便利,落实了病历精细化管理和归档考核评估。The trend of growing number of hospitalized medical records has put out higher requirement ot medical records management in a Three A and Tertiary Hospital. According to the practical problems encountered in the work, we put forward a feasible solution which optimizing the medical record process based on the barcode technology to solve the shortcomings of the traditional medical records recovery and archiving. As a result, the hospital has improved the work efficiency of medical records collection and archiving, alleviated the burden of staff, and achieved the medical record ＂zero error＂. What＇ s more, the time difference between medical records and archiving has been eliminated and archival rate assessment is accurate. Missing medical records can be easily achieved. All in all, the medical record management and archiving assessment was implemented.
