摘  要:简要介绍了聚合物锂离子电池几种组装流水线生产工艺,同时分别讨论了电池中电极浆搅拌、电极膜制备,电池化成等工艺过程;对锂离子生产中的关键环境技术-除湿技术进展也进行了简要评述。指出目前聚合物锂离子电池规模生产的关键是自动化生产线的研发。While several assembly line technics of polymer lithium-ion battery were briefly presented, the slurry mixing technics, film coating technics, and formation technics of this kind of battery were discussed respectively. The dehumidifying technology which was the key environment technology in lithium-ion battery production were briefly reviewed as well. It was pointed out that the key in mass production of polymer lithium-ion battery was research and development of automatic assembly line.
