摘　　要：引入SWOT分析方法,列出保障性住房建设引入建筑工业化理念的优势和劣势、面临的机遇和挑战,致力于寻求完善我国保障性住房建设的更好途径。introducing SWOT analysis method, this paper lists the advantages and disadvantages, the opportunities and challenges faced by the introduction of the construction industrialization concept in the construction of affordable housing. We are committed to finding a better way to improve our indemnificatory housing construction.
