基于中医传承辅助系统分析成人斯蒂尔病的用药规律

摘　　要：目的通过对唐先平教授治疗成人斯蒂尔病(AOSD)的中药处方进行分析,总结用药配伍、组方特点等,发现新处方,为治疗本病提供有效方药。方法收集196例在中国中医科学院望京医院风湿科就诊的AOSD患者中药处方539首,运用中医传承辅助系统进行用药规律分析。结果539首处方共210种药物,统计各药物使用频次,发现常用药物有33种。经过分析确定药物间的关联规则,演化得到20个创新组合,10个新处方。结合专家本人校审,确定通过中医传承辅助系统分析所得药物组合及新处方为其治疗AOSD的核心用药。结论唐先平教授治疗AOSD以扶正、驱邪并举,用药准确,分析结果符合专家本人临床辨治心得,具有一定临床价值。说明中医传承辅助系统可用于临床经验分析与总结。Objective To analyze the herbal medicine formulas of Prof. Tang Xianping in the treatment of adult onset still＇s disease（ AOSD）,summarize the characteristics of herbal combination and formula composition and discover new formula to provide the effective approach for the treatment of AOSD. Methods Five hundred and thirty-nine TCM recipes for AOSD patients treated in the Rheumatism Department of Wangjing Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences were collected. Using TCM inheritance system,the rules of medication were analyzed. Results Of 539 recipes,there were 210 herbs included,33 herbs were used commonly in terms of using frequency. Regarding the category,of 210 herbs,there were 28 tonic herbs,in which,8 herbs for qi tonification and 10 for yin nourishment. Through the analysis on the association rules among the herbs,20 innovated combinations and 10 new recipes were evolved. In association with the approval of experts,it was determined that the drug combinations and new recipes obtained from the TCM inheritance system were the core medicines for the treatment of AOSD. Conclusion In the treatment of AOSD,Prof. Tang Xianping focuses on the coordination of strengthening the anti-pathogenic qi and eliminating pathogens and uses the drugs accurately and accordingly. The results of the analysis from TCM inheritance system are valuable and in compliance with the the expert＇ s clinical experiences. Hence,this system is applicable for the analysis and summarization of clinical experiences.
