摘　　要：目的研究肌腱蛋白C(TN-C)在直肠癌及胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学技术,分别对34例直肠癌及29例胃癌组织标本进行处理,分析TNC在直肠癌及胃癌不同分化程度及临床分期中的表达强度。结果 34例直肠癌标本及29例胃癌标本均呈阳性表达;随着病理学分级的增高TN-C的表达逐渐增强,高分化与中分化、中分化与低分化癌变组织中TN-C表达相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着临床分期的增加,TN-C的表达也逐渐增强,Ⅰ~Ⅱ期直肠癌和胃癌患者组织TN-C表达与Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在直肠癌及胃癌组织中均有TN-C的表达,且表达量与肿瘤分化程度及临床分期相关。Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of tenascin C （TN-C） in rectal cancer and gastric cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry technique was used to exam the expression of TN-C in 34 cases of rectal cancer and 29 cases of gastric cancer tissue. The correlation between TN-C expression and clinicopathologic stage in rectal cancer and gastric cancer was analyzed. Results All 34 cases of rectal cancer tissues and 29 cases of gastric cancer expressed TN-C. The expression of TN-C gradually increased with the pathological grading. There was statistically significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ） of TN-C expression in cancer tissues of high differentiation campared with moderate differentiation, and moderate differentiaton compared with low differentiation. The expression of TN-C in cancer tissues gradually enhanced with the clinical stage. There was statistically significance （ P 〈 0.05 ） of TN-C expression in Ⅰ- Ⅱ rectal cancer and gastric cancer compared with that in Ⅲ- Ⅳ rectal and gastric cancer. Conclusion The expression of tenascin C in rectal cancer and gastric cancer is correlated with tumor differentiation and clinical stage.
