89例腰椎间盘突出症患者骶管内注射药物治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察骶管内注射药物治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法 89例腰椎间盘突出症患者,均实施骶管内注射药物治疗,观察评价其治疗效果。结果 89例患者治疗1个月后,显效59例(66.29%),有效26例(29.21%),无效4例(4.49%),总有效率为95.51%。治疗后未出现不良反应及并发症。结论骶管内注射药物治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者,疗效显著,治疗方法简便易行,且安全可靠,值得基层医院推广运用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of sacral canal injection in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 89 patients with lumbar disc herniation all treated with sacral canal injection,and their treatment effect was observed and evaluated.Results After 1 month of treatment,there were 59 excellent cases（66.29%）,26 effective cases（29.21%） and 4 ineffective cases（4.49%） in 89 cases,with total effective rate as 95.51%.After treatment,no adverse reactions and complications showed.Conclusion sacral canal injection shows remarkable efficacy in treating lumbar disc herniation,and the treatment is simple,convenient,safe and reliable.It is worthy to be popularized and applied in primary hospital.
