归脾汤加减中药治疗老年高血压病合并抑郁症及对患者血压和生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨归脾汤加减中药治疗老年高血压病合并抑郁症的临床效果,分析其对患者血压和生活质量的影响。方法 106例老年高血压病合并抑郁症患者,对患者进行编号,其中奇数号为观察组,偶数号为对照组,每组53例。观察组采用归脾汤加减中药治疗,对照组采用西药舍曲林治疗。对比治疗效果。结果治疗前两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD17)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、收缩压谷值、舒张压谷值、生活质量评价量表(SF-36量表)评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组HAMD17评分、HAMA评分、收缩压谷值、舒张压谷值、SF-36量表评分均较治疗前改善,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗后观察组HAMD17评分(12.37±6.41)分、HAMA评分(11.43±6.42)分、收缩压谷值(134.42±11.31)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa)、舒张压谷值(78.24±9.45)mm Hg、SF-36量表评分(75.43±23.42)分均优于对照组(17.56±6.41)分、(16.32±7.55)分、(146.57±13.43)mm Hg、(88.66±11.66)mm Hg、(63.64±22.34)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用归脾汤加减中药治疗老年高血压病合并抑郁症患者效果显著,有利于改善患者的血压水平,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine of Guipi decoction add and subtract in the treatment of senile hypertension complicated with depression,and analyze its influence on blood pressure and quality of life of patients.Methods A total of 106 senile hypertension and depression patients were all numbered,and odd number as observation group and even number as control group,with 53 cases in each group.Treatment effect in two groups was compared.Results Before treatment,both groups had no statistically significant difference in 17-item Hamilton depression scale（HAMD17） score,Hamilton anxiety scale（HAMA） score,systolic valley value,diastolic pressure valley value and 36-item short form health survey（SF-36 scale）（P〈0.05）.After treatment,both groups had better HAMD17 score,HAMA score,systolic valley value,diastolic pressure valley value and SF-36 scale than before treatment,and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the observation group had HAMD17 score as（12.37±6.41） points,HAMA score as（11.43±6.42） points,systolic valley value as（134.42±11.31） mm Hg（1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa）,diastolic pressure valley value as（78.24±9.45） mm Hg and SF-36 scale score as（75.43±23.42） points,which were all better than（17.56±6.41） points,（16.32±7.55） points,（146.57±13.43） mm Hg,（88.66±11.66） mm Hg and（63.64±22.34） points in the control group,and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine of Guipi decoction add and subtract provides remarkable effect in treating senile hypertension complicated with depression,and it is conducive to improving the patient＇s blood pressure levels and improve the quality of life of patients.So it is worthy of clinical promotion.
