摘 要:热水预水解处理相思木,在不同P因子条件下制备预水解液,采用乙醇沉淀法回收水解液中半纤维素,在半纤维素回收得率最大条件下,对水解木片分别进行乙醇/水抽提木素及乙醇沉淀回收半纤维素废液抽提木素的比较研究。结果发现,在P因子196条件下,水解液乙醇沉淀回收半纤维素达到最大值得率为6.01g·L-1,乙醇沉淀半纤维素废液回用的水解木片抽提液,经酸化处理后木素沉淀量高于乙醇/水的水解木片抽提液。在190℃/110min条件下,乙醇沉淀半纤维素废液回用后的水解木片抽提液,酸化沉淀回收木素量达到最大值15.77g(每100g绝干水解木片),占原料中总木素量的60.63%。通过木素的红外分析对比发现,回用乙醇废液提取木素中羟基的吸收峰强于乙醇/水抽提的木素。The prehydrolysates were prepared under different P factors by hot water treatment of acacia wood. The hemicellulose in the prehydrolysate was recycled by ethanol precipitation. Under the prehydrolysis condition of maximum hemicellulose recycled, comparative investigation was conducted on the extraction of lignin in hydrolyzed wood chips with ethanol/water and waste liquor resulted from the ethanol precipitation of prehydrolysate for hemicel- luloses recycle. The results showed that the maximum hemicellulose recovery occurred to the prehydrolysate pre- pared with P factor 196 and the yield was 6.01g · L^-1. And the reusing of waste liquid to extract prehydrolyzed wood chips obtained higher lignin amount by acidification than the amount of lignin when ethanol/water was used to extract prehydrolyzed wood chips. At 190 ℃ and 1 l0 rain, maximum 15.77g (per 100 g oven dry residual materi- al) was obtained from extraction liquor of prehydrolyzed wood chips with reusing of waste liquor by acidification, accounting for 60.63% of the total lignin in the raw material. By the infrared spectrum analysis, it was found that the absorption peak of hydroxyl groups in the extracted lignin with reusing of waste liquor was higher than that of without reusing of waste liquor of hemicellulose precipitation.
