摘 要:本文研究了一种烟丝透气度的测量方法,建立了烟支燃烧的二维稳态层流模型,在粒子图像测速实验验证数值模拟结果正确的基础上,采用所建数学模型研究了烟丝透气度和吸压对卷烟烟气流动和扩散的影响。结果表明:在同一吸压、不同烟丝透气度下,烟支径向的CO质量百分数近似为开口向下的抛物线分布,烟丝透气度越大的烟支,产生的烟气气相物质越多;在不同吸压、同一烟丝透气度下,吸压绝对值越大的烟支在轴向和径向的气相体积百分数越大,径向气相体积百分数分布曲线的平线区域越宽。This paper studies a method of measuring cut tobacco breathability. A two - dimensional steady - state laminar flow model is established for cigarette combustion. The results show that the velocity of the cigarette export is measured by the PIV experiment and the numerical simulation is basically the same, and the mathematical model is verified. The effects of cut tobacco breathability and suction pressure on the flue gas flow and diffusion of ciga- rettes are studied by using the mathematical model. The results show that the percentage of CO in the radial direc- tion is similar to open down parabolic distribution in the same suction pressure and different cut tobacco breathabili- ty. The greater the cut tobacco breathability of cigarette, the more gas phase material produced in the flue gas. Un- der different suction pressure and the same cut tobacco breathability, the greater the absolute value of suction pres- sure of cigarette, the lager the volume percent in the axial and radial gas phases, the wider flat area of the radial gas phase volume percentage.
