摘  要:按照废钒催化剂的处理过程即预处理、浸钒、提钒、制钒四个工序,对现有废钒催化剂的回收方法进行归类,并举例说明,同时,分析和评述了其优缺点.最后,指出了废钒催化剂回收利用技术的发展方向:低污染、低能耗、短流程、高效益、易于大规模生产和综合回收利用.According to the four steps of the treatment of vanadium catalyst, including pretreatment, leaching progress, extracting pro- gress and preparation, the existing methods of waste vanadium catalyst recycling are classified in this paper. Meanwhile, this paper il- lustrates the basic progress of these methods, objectively analyzes and reviews the advantages and disadvantages of these methods, and points out the future development direction of the recycling and utilization of waste vanadium catalyst, namely developing a new compre- hensive recycling technology with low pollution, low energy consumption, short process, high efficiency and large - scale industrial pro- duction.
