摘　　要：当前,移动通信网络蓬勃发展,很多网络用户经常利用移动智能终端或平台对网站进行访问.实际应用表明,传统的网页开发技术HTML与CSS难以满足移动网络环境下网站开发的需求.HTML5与CSS3分别是HTML和CSS的升级版,具有新特性和显著的优势.现在,这两项新技术在网页布局中得到了广泛的应用,促进了移动通信网络的发展.The mobile communication network has been booming, many users of the Internet is actually using mobile intelligent termi- nal or platform to visit the site. So, the development of mobile web technology under network environment is facing new problems and challenges, especially in the development of Web sites, if using HTML and traditional CSS technology, it is difficult to meet the needs and development of the field. So, on the basis of the original technology, HTML and CSS were upgraded, that is, now widely used HT- ML5 and CSS3. Therefore, this paper will analyze the new characteristics of HTML5 and CSS3 in the layout of the page, and illustrate the application of these two technologies in the development through a specific case.
