摘 要:为了使羊毛织物获得耐久性的防毡缩及抗起毛起球效果,首先利用三(2-羧乙基)磷(TCEP)将羊毛大分子中的二硫键还原成巯基;之后基于点击反应原理,将合成的含异氰酸酯基的聚氨酯预聚体通过巯基-异氰酸酯接枝到已被还原的羊毛大分子中,可获得耐久性的防毡缩效果。通过红外光谱和扫描电镜测试,观察并分析了防毡缩整理前后羊毛纤维结构和形态的变化,并对整理后羊毛织物的水洗毡缩率、起毛起球性、强力保留率等性能进行测试。结果表明,经该方法处理的羊毛织物防毡缩性能良好,标准水洗25次后防毡缩率仍保持在15.57%以内,摩擦7 000次后耐起毛起球性达到4级,断裂强力及强力保留率较高。In order to obtain the durable antifelting and antipilling properties of wool fabrics, TCEP [Tris (2-carbonxyethyl) phosphine hydrochloride] is firstly used to reduce the disulfide bonds of wool macro- molecules to thiol groups. Subsequently, the synthesized polyurethane prepolymers containing isocyanate groups are grafted onto the reduced wool macromolecule by a thiol-isocyanate reaction based on click chemistry. The fiber structure and morphology before and after grafting are characterized by FTIR and SEM. The anti-felting, anti-pilling and mechanical properties of wool fabric are tested and assessed. The results show that the treated wool fabric has good anti-felting properties, as the anti-shrinkage rate remains at 15.57% after 25 times of standard washing, the pilling resistance maintains Grade 4 after rub- bing 7 000 cycles. This treatment can impart wool fabric with good breaking strength and high retention rate.
