摘 要:采用镁、钙、锌二价金属离子改性聚磷酸铵(APP)得到MAPPs,通过偶联反应提高APP的聚合度,降低其在水中的溶解度和在空气中的吸潮率。经其阻燃整理的涤棉织物的LOI高达31.2%,该织物经10次水洗后,LOI仍大于25.6%,提高了APP的耐水洗性。该阻燃剂改性方法简单、改性成本低,收率大于95%,在纺织品涂层阻燃、防火涂料等领域应用前景广泛。Ammonium polyphosphate (APP) is modified with two valence metal ions of magnesium, calci- um and zinc to obtain MAPPs. The polymerization degree of APP is increased by coupling reaction, and the solubility in the water and the moisture absorption rate in air are reduced. The LOI values of polyes- ter cotton fabric with flame retardant finishing is as high as 31.2%. After 10 times of washing, the LOI of fabric is still higher than 25.6%, and the water resistance of APP is improved. The modification method of flame retardant has the advantages of simple operation, low modification cost and more than 95% of yield. The flame retardant has wide application prospect in the fields of flame retardant coatings.
