老年人健康调查量表的效度与信度分析

摘　　要：目的评估自行研制修订的老年人健康调查表质量。方法使用抽样调查的方法,对量表进行试用,评估量表的效度与信度。使用探索性因子分析评估量表的效度,使用克朗巴赫α系数评估量表的信度。结果探索性因子分析结果显示有7个公因子,这与量表的设计构想一致,即该量表的结构效度较好;各会聚效度大于0.5,区分效度小于0.5,可见量表各维度内部有会聚性,各维度之间有区分性;克朗巴赫α系数均大于或接近0.7,可见信度较高。结论该量表具备推广使用的准确性与精确性,可用于评估老年人的健康状况。Objective To assess the quality of self-developed revised health questionnaire for the elderly.To evaluate the quality of the self-developed health questionnaire for the elderly.Methods Using sample survey to test the scale and evaluate the validity and reliability of the scale.The validity of the scale was evaluated by exploratory factor analysis and the reliability of the scale was evaluated by the Cronbach alpha coefficient.Results Exploratory factor analysis showed that there were seven common factors,which is consistent with the design of the scale, that is to say the structure of the scale is good;The degrees of convergence are greater than 0.5,and the degrees of division are less than 0.5.It is found that the dimensions of the scale have internal consistency, and there is a distinction between the dimensions.The Cronbach alpha coefficients are greater than or close to 0.7,which showing higher reliability.Conclusion The scale has the accuracy for promotion and can be used to assess the health status of the elderly.
