国家自然科学基金资助产出热点论文分析——基于2013—2015年ESI数据

摘　　要：ESI热点论文是指近2年内发表的且在近2个月内被引次数排在相应学科领域全球前0.1%的论文,它是科学研究的风向标,反映了近年较受关注的重要研究。为了解国家自然科学基金在推进我国基础研究前沿突破中发挥的作用,本文基于ESI数据库,从国家自然科学基金资助产出的热点论文的总量、引用次数,国家、机构及学科分布等角度进行深入分析。结果表明:国家自然科学基金资助产出的热点论文占中国热点论文总量的64.4%,是中国热点论文的最主要项目资助来源,国家自然科学基金对中国科技前沿和热点的研究发挥了积极的作用。ESI hot papers are papers published in the past two years that received a number of citations in the most recent two-month period that places them in the top 0.1% of papers in the same field. ESI hot pa- pers present the recent significant research of concern and can irdluence the trend of the scientific research. In order to explore the roles of NSFC in promoting the breakthrough in the fundamental research of China, this study conducted in-depth analysis on hot papers funded by NSFC in terms of the total number, citation times, nation, organization and subject distribution. Our findings show that hot papers funded by NSFC comprises 64.4% of the total number. Being the major funding source of the hot papers in China, NSFC has played a positive role in supporting the frontier and hot scientific reach of China.
