摘  要:以HRB500试验钢为研究对象,分析了铌铁与铌氮的复合强化机理及对钢材强度的影响,弄清了不同微合金化方法的固溶析出行为和强化效果。其主要结果如下:a.对于铌铁微合金化,随着温度的降低,Nb在钢中几乎完全析出,当C=0.26%时,Nb由0.025%增加至O.20%时,析出强化增量由34MPa升至102MPa;b.对于铌氮微合金化,当C=0.26%时,Nb含量从0.025%增加至O.20%时,析出强化增量由46.1MPa增大至135.2MPa。Using HRBS00 experimental steel as study object, we analyzed compound strengthening mechanism and effect of Nb-Fe and Nb-N-Fe on strength of Steel and made clear solid solution and precipitation behavior and strengthening effect for different microalloying methods. The main results are as follows: (1) for Nb-Fe microalloying, Nb almost precipitates completely with temperature decrease, when C=0.26%, as Nb increases from 0.025% to 0.20%, incremental strength from precipitation increases from 34 MPa to 102 MPa; (2) for Nb-N-Fe microalloying, when C=0.26%, as Nb increases from 0.025% to 0.20%, the incremental strength from precipitation increases from 46.1 MPa to 135.2 MPa.
