参附注射液治疗肺结核的“增效”及“减毒”作用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨参附注射液治疗肺结核的"增效"及"减毒"作用研究。方法:选取符合纳入标准的肺结核患者92例,按随机数字表法分组,对照组患者46例予以正规西药化疗方案,研究组患者46例予以正规西药化疗方案联合参附注射液治疗,由专业人员观察并记录临床症状评分、免疫变化,同时比较临床疗效、肝功能损害程度及毒副反应。结果:对照组有效率86.95%与研究组有效率93.48%比较,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后咳嗽、咳痰、咳血、胸痛、发热、盗汗等临床症状评分降低,CD3^+、CD4^+及CD4^+/CD8^+水平升高,且与对照组治疗后比较,研究组咳嗽、咳痰、咳血、胸痛、发热、盗汗等临床症状改善情况,CD3^+、CD4^+及CD4^+/CD8^+升高情况均优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组肝功能损害程度、尿酸增高症发生率均高于研究组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参附注射液辅助治疗可以提高抗结核药物的治疗效果,显著改善症状,提高免疫功能,降低抗结核药物尿酸增高症、肝功能损害等毒副反应。Objective：To investigate the synergism and attenuated effect of Shenfu injection in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods：92 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with standard chemotherapy,based on which,the observation group was also given Shenfu injection.Clinical symptom score,immune function change,clinical efficacy,liver function damage,and medicine toxicity were compared between the two groups.Results：The effective rate in the control group（86.95%） was lower than that in the observation group（93.48%）,but there was no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.The clinical symptoms scores,in terms of cough,expectoration,hemoptysis,chest pain,fever,and night sweats were decreased,and the levels of CD3＋,CD4＋ and CD4＋/CD8＋ were elevated in both groups compared to those before treatment.Compared to the control group,clinical symptom scores were lower,and the levels of CD3＋,CD4＋ and CD4＋/CD8＋ were higher in the observation group with significant differences（P〈0.05）.The degree of liver function damage and the hyperuricemia incidence in the control group were higher than those in the observation group,and the differences were significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：ShenFu injection was effective in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis,and it can improve the symptoms and the immune function,reduce hyperuricemia and liver function damage caused by taking anti-tuberculosis drugs.
