丹参饮药理研究及临床应用研究进展

摘　　要：丹参饮作为化瘀行气止痛之良方,对慢性萎缩性胃炎、原发性贲门失弛缓证有显著的疗效,且丹参饮加减方对于偏头痛、胃脘痛和眼底出血有一定治疗作用。现代药理实验表明,丹参饮对犬、大鼠和小鼠急性心肌缺血有一定的预防和治疗作用,对气滞、气虚等模型大鼠有一定积极治疗作用,对动脉粥样硬化大鼠有一定的抑制和延缓作用,对于胃溃疡大鼠有一定的疗效。从丹参饮的药理作用和临床应用阐述其研究现状,以期对丹参饮的进一步研究提供一定的方法和经验。Danshen Yin has significant effect on chronic atrophic gastritis and primary achalasia of cardia with its action of promoting qi circulation to relieve gas pain,and modified Danshen Yin formulae have certain therapeutic effect for migraine,retinal hemorrhage,and epigastric pain.Modern pharmacological experiments showed that Danshen Yin had some preventive and therapeutic effects for acute myocardial ischemia in dogs,mice,and rats.Also,it had some positive effect on rats with qi stagnation or qi deficiency,it could inhibit atherosclerosis in rats,and it had effect on gastric ulcer in rats.This research may provide some references for Danshen Yin＆#39;＆#39;s further study,based on these pharmacology and clinical application progresses.
