摘　　要：磨损问题是制约循环流化床(CFB)锅炉发展的重要因素,在海外BTG项目模式下这一问题可能会被放大。针对某出口印度的循环流化床锅炉回料器内衬在运行过程中出现的问题进行分析,从技术和项目管理的角度总结经验并提出改进措施,为国产CFB锅炉适应海外市场提供借鉴。Corrosion is a major factor restricting the development of CFB boiler, which could be more serious in overseas Power Plant constructed under BTG mode. Regarding defects occurred in the Material Recycle Device （MRD） of CFB Power Plant in India, an analysis has been made and suggestions in terms of technique and management have been given for reference to export CFB boilers abroad.
