摘 要:针对某厂600 MW亚临界汽轮机在运行过程中出现的通流部分表面积垢,叶片侵蚀,中压隔板变形,汽封漏气增大等原因,造成的机组热耗增加、效率降低、安全性能下降的问题,重点对汽轮机通流部分进行了综合性的提温增效节能改造,并对改造前后机组经济性进行了对比和分析,结果显示改造后机组热耗降低599.65k J/(k W·h),供电煤耗降低25.00 g/(k W·h),改造节能效果明显。Aiming at the problems of surface fouling, blade erosion, deformation of middle pressure baffle and increase of steam leakage in 600MW subcritical steam turbine during operation, which leads to the increase of unit heat consumption, reduction of efficiency and influence of safety performance, intensive reforms are made on steam turbine flow part by comprehensive temperature increasing, capacity expansion, efficiency improvement and energy saving. And the unit economical efficiency is compared and analyzed before and after the transformation. The results show that the heat consumption of the unit is reduced by 599.65kJ/(kW.h), the coal consumption of power supply is reduced by 25.00g/, and the energy saving effect is obvious.
