摘 要:在供给侧结构性改革推行期间,我国制造业、建筑业及服务业等为提供优质有效的产品与服务,急需提升农民工的就业能力,促进"中国制造2025"的实现。文章基于前期学者的研究,针对供给侧结构性改革提出了农民工就业能力的定义,并从微观、中观和宏观的角度出发,通过李克特五分量表法的统计,识别出农民工就业能力的14条构成因素,并构建出农民工就业能力提升模型,这为农民工在供给侧结构性改革期间提升就业能力提出了可行性建议,也为政府与用人单位的决策提供了参考与借鉴。In order to provide high quality and effective products and services, China's manufacturing industry, construction industry and service industry need to improve the employability of migrant workers and promote the realization of "Made in China 2025" during the implementation of supply side reform. Based on the previous scholars' research, this paper puts forward the definition of the employability of migrant workers in the supply side reform. From the microscopic, meso and macro perspectives, through the statistic of Likert's five-point scale, we can identify the employment ability of migrant workers. This paper constructs the model to improve the employability of migrant workers, and puts forward feasible suggestions for migrant workers to improve their employability during the reform of supply side, so as to provide reference for the government and employers to make decisions.
