摘  要:保障女性就业与企业利益有冲突性的一面,也有相容性的一面。女性就业大大增加了劳动力的市场供给,导致劳动力均衡价格下降,可以降低企业劳动力成本支出。提升女性职场竞争力,需要外生比较优势与内生比较优势相结合。重点是要完善女性就业保障的法律法规,加强女性就业的公共服务和社会支持体系建设,增强女性职业培训、继续教育的公共服务供给。There is contradiction between women's employment and corporate interests, but there is also compatibility. The employment of women has greatly increased the market supply of labor force, resulting in a decrease in the equilibrium price of labor force, which can reduce the labor cost of enterprises. It is necessary to combine the advantages of external comparative advantage with the advantages of internal comparative advantage to improve women's employment. The key is to improve the laws and regulations on women's employment protection, strengthen the public service and social support system for women's employment, enhance the female vocational training, and continue the public service provision of education.
