摘　　要：全面建成小康社会是一个渐进的过程,民生问题改善是实现全面建成小康社会的关键。改善民生不仅有利于经济发展、社会和谐,还有利于政治稳定和文化繁荣,关系全面建成小康社会顺利实现。收入分配、就业、社会保障问题是民生问题的重难点,深入厘清民生问题与全面建成小康社会之间的内在联系,并认清就业、收入、社会保障以及住房保障方面的民生短板,对有效改善民生意义重大,有利于促进全面建成小康社会的实现。Building a well off society in an all-round way is a gradual process, and the people＇s livelihood is the key to the realization of building a well-off society in an all-round way. To improve the people＇s livelihood is not only conducive to economic development and social harmony, but also conducive to political stability and cultural prosperity; livelihood issues related to the full realization of a well- off society. Income distribution, employment and social security are the major and difficult points of the people＇s livelihood. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the inner links between the people＇s livelihood and the well-off society in an all-round way, and to recognize the shortcomings in employment, income, social security and housing security. To improve people＇s livelihood is indeed significant, but also to improve the livelihood of the people to promote the full realization of a well-off society.
