摘  要:目的:研究烟水处理对黄芩展叶期、现蕾期、开花期、果熟期及枯萎期不同物候期生物量及活性成分积累的影响。方法:采用田间试验,在不同物候期采用灌根和叶面喷施烟水的方法处理黄芩,研究烟水对黄芩的平均株高、平均根长、平均根粗、地下部分鲜重、地下部分干重及活性成分(野黄芩苷、黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素和汉黄芩素)的影响。结果:烟水处理显著提高黄芩生物量积累,灌根及叶面喷施均能促进黄芩株高、根长及根粗,与对照比较分别提高12.0%、24.5%、10.4%和10.8%、9.5%、20.8%,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。烟水处理后黄芩中的野黄芩苷、黄芩苷和汉黄芩苷的含量显著提高,黄芩素及汉黄芩素的积累未表现出显著性差异。结论:烟水对黄芩生长和有效物质积累表现出显著的活性,为将烟水技术引进到黄芩的绿色生态种植上提供理论依据。Objective:To study the effect of plant-derived smoke water on the accumulation of biomass and accumulation of active components of Scutellaria baicalensis in different phenology periods of leaves expansion period, squaring period, flowering period, fruit ripening stage and withering period. Methods:Field experiments were used to study the effect of different concentrations of smoke water and the different kinds of treatment, irrigating the root and spraying fertilizer upon leaves on the Scutellaria baicalensis. The average plant height, average root length, average root diameter, fresh weight and dry weight of underground part, the active components (scutella- rin, baicalin, baiealein, wogonoside and wogonin)were measured. Results :The treatment of smoke water can significantly increase the bi- omass of Scutellaria baicalensis, both the root irrigating and spraying fertilizer upon leaves can promote the growth of plant height, root length and root diameter,which were respectively improved by 12. 0% ,24. 5% , 10. 4% and 10. 8% ,9. 5% ,20. 8% significantly(P 〈 0. 05 ) compared to the control group. The content of scutellarin, baicalin and baiealein were significantly increased after the treatment of smoke water, but there were no significantly difference on the content of wogonoside and wogonin. Conclusion : This study shows that smoke water treatment can be used to improve the accumulation of biomass and the active substance content of Scutellaria baicalensis, which can provide theoretical basis for the applications of smoke water in its green cultivating.
