摘 要:研究宿迁市黄河故道及以南地区水资源优化配置。基于对宿迁市黄河故道及以南地区的分析和概化,建立了宿迁市黄河故道及以南地区水资源优化配置数学模型,并运用改进型量子遗传算法对该地区不同保证率工况进行了分析计算。结果表明,该研究区域水资源经优化配置后,总缺水量和总弃水量明显减少,水资源利用率得到了显著提高。该方法易于操作,所得结果合理,具有较好的实用价值。Based on the analysis and generalization of the old course of the Yellow River and the south areas of Suqian, the mathematical model of optimal allocation of water resources in the old course of the Yellow River and the south of Suqian is established. And an improved quantum genetic algorithm is used to calculate different guaranteed rates in the region. The results show that the total water shortage and total amount of water decrease significantly, and the utilization ratio of water resources has improved significantly after the allocation of water resources in the study area is optimized. The method is easy to operate and has good practical value.
