摘　　要：目的探讨自体毛囊单位提取技术在瘢痕性秃发中的应用效果。方法对稳定期小面积瘢痕性秃发患者,采用自体毛囊单位提取技术提取后枕部毛囊单位,移植至头皮瘢痕区域,观察移植毛囊单位成活情况、毛发生长顺序以及瘢痕遮盖情况。结果本组共130例患者。术后随访6~18个月,秃发区被新生的毛发覆盖,且生长方向与周围毛发生长方向一致。无感染等并发症发生。结论自体毛囊单位提取技术修复瘢痕性秃发效果美观,患者满意度高,且创伤较小、恢复较快,患者容易接受。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the autologous follicular unit extraction （FUE） technique in the treatment of cicatricial alopecia.Methods For patients with a small area of cicatricial alopecia in a stable stage,the follicular units （Fus） in the occipital area were extracted with the autologous FUE technique.After the autologous Fus were transplanted to thearea of cicatricial alopecia,the survival rate,hair growth direction,and scar coverage were observed.Results All 30 patients were followed up from 6 to 18 months.The region of cicatricial alopecia was covered with new hair and the direction of hair growth was consistent with the surrounding hair.No infection or other complications occurred.Conclusion The repair of cicatrical alopecia with autologous Fus can produce a pleasing aesthetic appearance,with little trauma,and a quick recovery.The patients were amenable to the operation and patient satisfaction was high.
