摘　　要：目的探讨毛囊单位提取技术修复女性阴毛缺失或稀少的临床效果。方法对阴毛缺失或稀少的23例女性,取后枕部单个毛囊单位按照术前设计范围,根据一定方向、密度、角度种植。结果本组23例患者中,20例获随访6~24个月,19例对术后效果满意,1例因术后制动不佳导致毛发大量脱出,予以补种后对效果满意。结论毛囊单位提取技术治疗女性先天阴毛缺失或稀少,手术安全,术后形态自然,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of hair follicular unit extraction technique in the treatment of female pubic hair absence or hypotrichosis.Methods Twenty-three female patients with pubic hair absence or hypotrichosis were enrolled.A single follicle unit in the occipital area was obtained according to the preoperative design range,and planted based on direction,density,and angle.Results Of the 23 total patients,20 cases were followed up from 6 to 24 months.Among these patients,19 cases were satisfied with the postoperative results.Massive hair prolapsed occurred in only one case when the pressure dressing was not properly maintained,but satisfactory results were achieved after replantation.Conclusion The hair follicular unit extraction （FUE） technique was a safe method for the treatment of pubic hair absence or hypotrichosis.The postoperative appearance was natural.This method should be considered for wider promotion in clinic.
