射频技术改善下睑袋修复术后下睑外翻的疗效初探

摘　　要：目的探讨射频技术对下睑袋修复术后下睑外翻的矫正效果。方法对9例(11只眼)下睑袋修复术后下睑外翻的患者采用Accentpro深蓝热射频仪进行眼周治疗,观察对比治疗前后的外翻改善情况。结果本组共9例患者(11只眼),全部治愈,有效率为100%。术后随访6~24个月,无一例复发。结论采用射频技术治疗下睑袋修复术后0、Ⅰ度下睑外翻,无痛、无创,快速,疗效满意,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the efficacy of radio-frequency （RF） technology in the correction of lower eyelid ectropion after blepharoplasty.Methods Nine cases with 11 affected eyes,including 7 cases of unilateral and 2 cases of bilateral lower eyelid ectropion after blepharoplasty underwent.Evaluation of efficacy was made postoperative and compared to the preoperative condition.Results All patients were cured and the efficacy rate was 100%.During the follow-up from 6 to 24 months,no recurrence occurred.Conclusion The repair of lower eyelid ectropion in Wang Wei grade 0 and Ⅰ caused by blepharoplasty with RF technology was painless,noninvasive,and fast.Results were satisfactory.This procedure should be considered for promotion in clinic.
