改良Park-Z法矫正内眦赘皮联合重睑成形术的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察改良Park-Z法矫正内眦赘皮联合重睑成形术的临床疗效。方法对69例伴有不同程度内眦赘皮患者行改良Park-Z内眦赘皮矫正术联合重睑成形术,通过对比术前术后照片,对治疗效果进行总体分析。结果本组共69例患者,术后随访6~12个月。其中10例患者内眦部出现轻度瘢痕增生,给予得宝松局部注射后瘢痕减轻。57例患者对于重睑形态非常满意;11例患者感宽度轻微不对称,但能接受;1例患者因单侧三重睑不满意,行二期手术修复后满意。结论改良Park-Z法矫正内眦赘皮联合重睑成形术,术后泪阜显露充分,内眦处瘢痕不明显,重睑弧度自然,临床疗效良好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the efficacy of the modified Park-Z method in the treatment of epicanthus combined with double eyelid plasty.Methods The modified Park-Z method combined with double eyelid plasty was conducted in 69 patients with different degrees of epicanthus,either foldless eyelid or double eyelid.The therapeutic effect was generally analyzed through comparison between pre-and postoperative photographs.Results All patients were followed up from 6 to 12 months postoperative.Among them,mild scar proliferation occurred in 10 cases and was alleviated after local injection of Diprospan.Fifty-seven patients felt very satisfied with the postoperative double eyelid appearance.Eleven patients reported slight asymmetry of the width.One patient was not satisfied with unilateral triple eyelid,but felt satisfied after a second operation.Conclusion The modified Park-Z method combined with double eyelid plasty can fully expose the carunculae lacrimalis.The scar in the inner canthus was not obvious and the radian of the double eyelid was natural.The result was good.This method should be considered for promotion in clinic.
