密集式缝合固定法在腋臭根治术中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察密集式缝合固定法在腋臭根治术中的临床应用效果。方法对70例腋臭患者采用原位薄皮瓣法根治腋臭,术后应用密集式缝合固定法固定。术后7 d观察腋窝皮肤有无皮下血肿、皮肤坏死及伤口愈合不良等情况发生。结果术后7 d所有患者切口均一期愈合,瘢痕不明显,皮下无血肿形成,皮片成活良好,色泽红润。结论密集式缝合固定法应用于腋臭根治术,手术方法简单,手术效果确切。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the concentrated suture fixation method in the treatment of osmidrosis.Methods For 70 cases with osmidrosis,the thin skin flap in situ and the concentrated suture fixation method was conducted.At 7 days postoperative,observation was made to determine whether subcutaneous hematoma,skin necrosis,or poor wound healing occurred.Results All incisions healed primarily at 7 days postoperatively.The scars were not obvious and no subcutaneous hematoma was observed.The flaps survived well and the color was ruddy.Conclusion The application of concentrated suture fixation method in the radical resection of osmidrosis was simple,and the operation result was accurate.
