摘 要:西龙池抽水蓄能电站工程区地形及地质条件复杂,气温低、坝址基础介质不均匀、运行时库水位变幅大、水位升降速度快,上下水库堆石坝面板不但要具有适应基础变形能力和极其良好的抗渗性能,还必须具备低温抗裂性能;为此,电站上库全库、下库库底、内坝坡均采用沥青混凝土面板防渗,效果良好。运行至今8年多,已经历多年高低温、高低水位以及库水位骤升、骤降考验,渗漏量很小,运行安全可靠,是我国严寒地区沥青混凝土面板防渗工程的成功先例。Xilongchi pumped storage power station engineering area is characterized by complicated topographic and geological conditions, low temperature, uneven damsite foundation medium, and large variation range of reservoir level during runtime and rapid water level lifting speed. Upper and lower reservoirs rockfill dam panel not only should have the ability of adapting to foundation deformation and excellent anti-penetrability performance, but also must have the low temperature crack resistance performance; therefore, asphalt concrete slab anti-seepage is adopted for the whole upper reservoir, the whole lower reservoir and inner dam slope of the power station with excellent effect. The project has been operated for more than 8 years till present, which has underwent high-low temperature, high-low water level and sharp increase of reservoir water level for many years, the seepage is low, operation is safe and reliable, and it is a successful example for asphalt concrete panel anti-seepage project in China cold regions.
