摘　　要：本文从语言病理学和听力学领域存在的孤立主义及由此造成的学科独立和思维片面入手,通过剖析沟通科学领域的两种学科关系模型,阐释了当前听力语言康复领域在教学、科研和临床服务领域的整合融合模式。在回顾美国听力语言康复科学的发展历程后,进一步阐明了沟通科学学科模式对中国听力语言康复科学发展的启示。This paper analyzes the insularity in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and the disciplinary fragmentation and the rigid thinking it caused. By illustrating the two models of disciplines in communication science, we reveal the integration mode of current Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology in teaching, research and clinical practices,We review the development of communication science in U.S, and further expound its implications for developing Communication Science in China.
