摘　　要：耳鸣的病因和发病机制复杂且尚未完全明确,其疗效亦有不确定性。2014年美国发布的《耳鸣临床应用指南》为耳鸣的临床诊疗工作提供了参考和思路。本文通过探讨耳鸣的发病机制,在参考指南的基础上,结合我国临床中西医治疗耳鸣的相关研究综述成文。The pathogenesis of idiopathic tinnitus is inconclusive and cannot be cured. ＂The application of tinnitus clinical guidelines＂ published by the United States in 2014 provides a reference for clinical tinnitus diagnosis and treatment. By exploring the pathogenesis of tinnitus, on the basis of reference guide, this paper makes a summary combined with Chinese medicine in clinical treatment of tinnitus.
