摘 要:凡勃伦20世纪初提出"技术雇佣资本假说"后,学界至今尚未给出有说服力的论证。本文通过梳理有关研究文献,首次提出了界定雇佣关系的两个判据;在此基础上,作者根据人类社会生产要素稀缺性的历史演进,揭示了"雇佣关系"转变的内在逻辑,从理论上论证了"技术雇佣资本假说",并用相关数据作了实证。此外,作者还分析了"技术雇佣资本"可能带来的企业制度与运行机制的变化,同时提出了相应的对策建议。Since Thorstein Veblen proposed Technology Hiring Capital Hypothesis in the early 20th century, academic circles have not given a convincing argument till now. This article first presents two criteria of defining the employment relationship by means of sorting out the relevant research documents. Based on this, the author reveals the inner logic of transforming from Capital Hiring Labor to Technology Hiring Capital according to the law of historical evolution of human society and makes an empirical study. Furthermore the author analyzes the possible changes brought by Technology Hiring Capital and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in the meanwhile.
