摘　　要：在英第一帝国发展史上,"复辟时期"是一个非常重要甚或极为关键的阶段。期间,英国不仅重申和强化了克伦威尔时期颁布的《航海条例》,而且通过两次对荷战争,彻底扫除了实施《航海条例》的主要障碍,使重商主义殖民原则得以最终确立,从而加速了构建重商帝国的步伐。The Restoration was a very important or even critical phase in the history of the British Empire. During that time, Britain not only reaffirmed and strengthened The Navigation Act, which was promulgated by Cromwell, but also completely cleaned up the main obstacle to the implementation of the act by two wars against the Netherlands. After the wars, the mercantilist principle of colonization was finally estabfished, and the construction of the mercantile empire was accelerated.
