高校“90后”班级学生干部管理能力培养——基于领导生命周期理论

摘　　要：领导生命周期理论与高校班级学生干部培养有着高度的契合性。高校班级学生干部是高校学生思想教育工作与学生日常管理工作中的重要参与者、执行者、接受者。借鉴领导生命周期理论,总结高校班级学生干部特有的成长规律,根据班级学生干部的成熟度采取相适应的管理方式,从而更高效地培养班级学生干部的管理能力。The leadership life cycle theory are in highly accordance with college student cadre training class. College class student leaders are the important participant, executives and receiver in the work of college students＇ideological education and student daily management. Taking reference for the leadership life cycle theory, this paper has summarized the class leader growth pattern according to the maturity of class leaders to take the corresponding management mode, so as to effectively cuhivate class leader management ability.
