摘  要:该试验探究了八仙花黄化对光合速率及CO_2响应参数的影响。试验运用光合测定仪,以校内不同黄化程度的八仙花叶片为材料,对其进行净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Trmmol)、CO_2响应曲线等生理指标进行了测定和分析。结果表明,随着黄化程度的加深,其净光合速率、蒸腾速率、最大羧化效率、磷酸丙糖利用率均呈现下降趋势,而CO_2补偿点(CCP)呈上升趋势。这一研究为生产实践提供了理论和实践依据。In this study, we investigated the effects on photosynthetic rate and CO2 response parameters of Hydrangea macrophylla. The photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration rate (Trmmol) and CO2 response curve were measured and analyzed by using photosynthetic apparatus. The results showed that the photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration rate (Trmmol) and CO2 response curve were measured and analyzed. The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, maximum carboxylation efficiency and sugar triphosphate utilization rate decreased with the increase of the degree of yellowing, while the CO2 compensation point (CCP) showed an increasing trend. This study provides theoretical and practical basis for production practice.
