认知行为干预在外伤性视神经病变患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨认知行为干预在外伤性视神经病变患者中的应用效果。方法:将收治的84例外伤性视神经病变患者随机分为对照组与观察组各42例,对照组应用常规护理,观察组在此基础上应用认知行为干预;比较两组护理前后心理状态、生活质量及自我护理能力。结果:两组护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于护理前,且观察组评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理后生活质量(SF-36)评分及自我护理能力评分均高于护理前,且观察组SF-36评分及自我护理能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在外伤性视神经病变患者中应用认知行为干预,能改善患者心理状态,提高其生活质量和自我护理能力。Objective：To investigate the effect of cognitive behavioral intervention in patients with traumatic optic neuropathy. Methods： A total of 84 cases of traumatic optic neuropathy patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 42 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing care, while the observation group received nursing care based on cog- nitive behavioral intervention. The two groups＇ nursing and psychological state,quality of life and self-care ability were compared. Results： After the nursing intervention,two groups＇ scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） were significantly lower than those before the treat- ment, and the observation group＇s were significantly lower than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The scores of quality of life （ SF-36 ） and self-care ability in the two groups were significantly higher than those before the nursing care, and the scores of SF-36 and self-care a- bility in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： In patients with traumatic optic neuropathy, the application of cognitive behavioral intervention can improve the psychological status of patients, improve their quality of life and self-care ability.
